Mama K. Dr. Luu helped straighten my teeth with Invisalign. It was much quicker than my mom's metal braces and I didn't have to deal with brushing around the brackets. I am very happy with how my teeth turned out. After the last set of Invisalign Dr. Luu double checked my bite and helped reconstruct my front teeth (which are mostly composite bond from some trauma years ago). Her staff was always friendly and the appointments were timely. I would recommend her to anyone wanting or needing straighter teeth.

What is the procedure of getting Invisalign® at Gentle Care Dentistry?

Once a patient has been identified as an ideal candidate for Invisalign®, we use the iTero 3D Scanner to scan the teeth.

We are the only dental office in Azusa with this state-of-the-art technology.

Capturing through the scanner is more comfortable, less distorted, and accurate. The patient will end up with a better and more accurate fit of the aligners on their teeth.

What is the duration of getting the first set of aligners and seeing results?

After the teeth are scanned, it goes straight to Invisalign®. It takes about a month for the fabrication, and the patient returns to our office to receive their first set of aligners.

After that, we will go over the aftercare instructions of placing and removing the aligners to take care of them.

The aligners need to be worn 22 hours a day and are usually changed out every ten days.
