Some patients just don’t want braces, and then this is a second option. We can’t do it with all cases, but with most cases, we can. We can have veneers on those teeth, make them look nice, and have a pretty color. Veneers are very thin shells of porcelain made to reshape the teeth by covering the visible surface of the tooth. Reshape the teeth to get the nice shape and color you are looking for. Very little tooth structure is removed for veneers, only a very thin shell.

Dr. Brianne Luu graduated from Tufts Dental School in 2001. She practiced in private practice for two years, then went back to school for an additional degree. While still practicing full-time dentistry, she attended the Executive Master of Public Health Program at the University of California, Los Angeles.
